Hi there!
I’m Kirsten Han, an independent journalist and activist from Singapore. I’m the Managing Editor of Mekong Review, a quarterly Asia-focused literary magazine, and scribbler of the We, The Citizens newsletter, which covers my home country from a rights-based perspective.
What I do
I write, report, edit, work on video productions, and have been known to facilitate a workshop here and there.I'm also active in Singaporean civil society. Since 2010, I’ve been active in Singapore’s anti-death penalty movement, and am a member of the Transformative Justice Collective.
